  • Sunday, December 9 – Chapter 25 Annual Christmas Party at the home of Jim & Shirley Fischer from 3:30 pm – 7 pm
  • Saturday, December 15 – Young Eagles Event at the Airlake Airport FBO
  • Saturday, January 12 – EAA Chapter 25 2nd Saturday Coffee and Doughnuts from 8 am to 11 am, location to be announced
  • Wednesday, January 16 – Chapter 25 Meeting at BSAEC, 6pm – 9 pm, KLVN
  • Saturday, January 19 - Young Eagles Event at Airlake 9 am to 12 pm
  • Saturday, March 9 – Banquet speaker Neil Hanson FLIGHT Book Launch  at the EAA Museum Theater at Oshkosh at 3:00 pm.  Seating is limited so RSVP to [email protected] right away

Wednesday Evenings* – Ch. 25 Pietenpol Build Project – All Chapter 25 members are invited to come and work on the Ch. 25 Pietenpol Building Project. Learn the art and craft of building a homebuilt airplane from Ch. 25 members who have hours of experience building airplanes. We are working at Dale Johnson’s (MAHOF) shop. Contact Kim V. Johnson, Ch. 25 Membership Coordinator at [email protected] if you would like directions.

Directions to the Chapter 25 Hangar, the Bert Sisler Aviation Education Center (BSAEC) at Airlake Airport in Lakeville, MN:

From I-35 and Co. Rd. 70 (210th St. W): South on I-35 to Hwy 70 (Megastop), then East on Co. Ro. 70 (210th St. W.) to Hamburg Ave. (3rd stop light/sign). Turn right (South) and go approx. 1 mi. straight to the airport entrance. Turn left (east) on the first hangar access road as you enter the airport (essentially an immediate left), then turn right on Hotel Lane. The hangar lane names are in alphabetical order beginning with Alpha and are labeled on the eastern edge of the hangar facing the access road. If the surface is dry, please park on the grass between hangars.

From Cedar Ave. and Co. Rd. 50 (Lakeville Blvd): Go south on Cedar Ave. Turn right (west) on 215th St. W. Turn left (South) and go approx. 1 mi. straight to the airport entrance. Turn left (east) on the first hangar access road as you enter the airport (essentially an immediate left), then turn right on Hotel Lane. The hangar lane names are in alphabetical order beginning with Alpha and are labeled on the eastern edge of the hangar facing the access road. If the surface is dry, please park on the grass between hangars.
