This month we will meet again at BSAEC Airlake, Wednesday evening January 18th for a presentation on iPad in the Cockpit. With the cold January temps, rather than grilling we are asking members to bring a pot of their favorite chili, or things like crackers, cheese, or desserts for members to share. This month, we are offering chapter members two choices for the monthly meeting Wednesday evening, April 20th.

The first choice is a tour of the MSP tower – the tower can only support a limited number, so please contact John Koser (see page 3 of the newsletter) before noon on Tuesday Apr 19 if you want to attend – John will finalize arrangements and let everyone know when to gather at the tower. See the map on page 3.

The second choice is to join the Piet builder group at BSAEC, our chapter hangar at Airlake at 6:30pm – the group will continue working on the Piet project for the evening. Contact Pat Halligan if you have questions – directions on page 3 of the newsletter.

Finally, because we had to cancel Young Eagles yesterday due to weather, Bill Brown has scheduled a Special Edition Young Eagles event on Saturday, May 14th – please contact Bill if you can volunteer. We will also be holding our regular Young Eagle event on May 21st.
