Wednesday, November 15 - This month’s meeting will be at our Chapter hangar, the Bert Sisler Aviation Education Center (BSAEC) at Airlake Airport in Lakeville, MN. Our speaker will be WWII Corsair pilot Lyle Bradley. Lyle is originally from Dubuque, IA and entered the Navy during WWII. He trained in the Stearman, BT-13 and the SNJ. Lyle was assigned to the F4F Wildcat prior to the F4U Corsair. He saw combat in WWII and was called up to active duty in Korea.

Grill gets fired up at 6, meeting starts at 7. The Chapter will furnish the meat, buns, beverages, condiments, hardware and napkins. Bring a side dish to pass. A $5 donation is suggested to cover the cost. All aviation enthusiasts are welcome!

“You build on failure. You use it as a steppingstone. Close the door on the past. You don’t try to forget the mistakes, but you don’t dwell on it. You don’t let it have any of your energy, or any of your time, or any of your space.”
Johnny Cash,
singer and songwriter
